An ENCHANTING property, clean, particularly good and perfect location right on the promenade. It has exceptionally kind staff and friendly services. The room is modern & nicely equipped. Minor maintenance issues must be addressed!!! How hard is it to fix noisy chairs or ensure proper heating? Bring your own black tea if you're a fan because it seems like they can't stock any!!! It's disappointing when such simple things could enhance the stay.
